Find out what your brand is actually saying before another client does.
The Brand Audit is a professional review of your entire visual identity, looked at through the lens of your ideal client, not your own preferences.
Because the question I'm asking isn't whether you like what you've built. It's whether the person you're trying to reach feels the right thing when they arrive in your world.
Most people who come to me for an audit have been carrying this as a background worry for longer than they'd like to admit. They know their brand isn't doing its job. They just haven't had someone sit down and tell them precisely why, or what to actually do about it.
That's what this is.
What you get:
A thorough questionnaire
Before I look at anything, I need to understand your business, your ideal client, and what your brand needs to achieve. This isn't a quick form, it's the foundation that makes everything else useful.
A complete brand review
Your logo, colours, fonts, website, social presence, and visual consistency, reviewed the way a potential client reviews it when they're deciding in seconds whether to trust you or move on.
A detailed written report
An honest report telling you what your brand is currently communicating, what's creating friction, what's working, and a clear set of actions, in order of priority.
A 60–90 minute call
We walk through the report together. You can ask anything about the findings, the recommendations, and what to tackle first. Nothing goes unanswered.
A WhatsApp window after the call
As you start making changes, questions will come up. You'll have direct access to ask them while the work is fresh and the momentum is there.
Brand Audit
Step 1 · Book and pay
You pay and are taken straight to my calendar to choose your call date. Dates sit two to three weeks out, which gives us both the right amount of time to do this properly.Step 2 · Complete the questionnaire
You'll receive a link to your questionnaire (almost) immediately. Complete it and upload your assets at least seven working days before your call; the more honestly you fill it in, the more useful your audit will be.Step 3 · I do the work
I review everything, write your report, and have it with you before our call so you can read it properly before we speak. Then we meet online (or in person if we're close), walk through it together, and you leave knowing exactly what to do next. How long until I receive my report?
Your report will be with you before your call so you have time to read it properly before we speak. Exactly when depends on when you submit your questionnaire; the earlier you do, the more time I have to go deep. What if I can't make my call date?
Get in touch, and I'll do my best to find another slot, subject to availability. Please give me as much notice as you can; rescheduling at the last minute isn't always possible.I haven't submitted my questionnaire in time, what happens?
I'll be in touch before your call to reschedule to the next available date. I need those seven days to do the work properly; it wouldn't be fair to either of us to rush it.What if I realise I need a full rebrand?
A lot of people do, and the audit is specifically designed to tell you that clearly if it's the case. If you go on to book the VIP Branding Package, your £297 will be deducted from the investment. You won't have paid twice for the same thing.Do I need to have a lot of brand assets already?
No, I'll work with whatever you have. Even if all you have is a Canva logo and an Instagram grid, that's enough for a useful audit. The point is to understand what's currently happening, not to assess a finished brand. With this said, you do need to be at least 6 months into your business so you have enough content for me to review.
